Face, surgical question about bone strusture.?

My face and its bonestructure at the sides just a little underneath the eyelevel is very thick and broad. It makes my face loko very broad, broader than avarage. I think its bacause I was sick and not feeling wel/hated everything during the last 22 years. Is it surgicaly possible to cut this and narrow this down so my face doesnt look as broad and ugly as it is now? How much would such a procedure cost me?
