I asked my dad he told me im to young to have insomnia, cause im only 13. I go to sleep around 10:30.. Also I get really sad and scared for no reason before i go to sleep do you think this might be the reason
your situation is valid and yes you can suffer from insomnia; age is not always a reason for not experiencing adult issues in fact, issues in life tend to create emotions that adults do not or did when they were teenagers. Now what is causing you to feel sad and scared---there has to be reason(s) since these feelings 26quot;are not just because26quot; there has to be a cause---death in the family, concerned about life in universal-school, your future, relationships problems--with boys, gender, drugs, or your afraids are associated with what you hear or see in the news--pretty freaking stuff---scary stuff, concern for those you love, afraids that you have kept within yourself. Try to find out what is causing these feelings and see if you can resolve them--one thing at a time. Now, if you can workout for a few minutes you can get your body to get exhausted and should help you sleep better. You can try to take melatonin--- a natural substance that can help you sleep; if this becomes overwhelming, you might be diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and will be prescribed something to help you. See a therapist or doctor if you can. If you know God, try to trust more on Him or find a friend that can help you know about Him. Best to you
