Will I get my stage on time or no. . . ? health:my period on the time get last got or it late now

I always get my period on time at the same time everymonth, however, last month, I got it a week late, thinking I was pregnant. I think I stressed also much. Either that or I ovulated late, therefore, got my period late. So will my period be on time still or does last month26039;s period change my whole cycle ? When should I be getting my period.

I usually get my period on the 21st of every month. I got it last month on the 29th. It is now the 27th. So does this mean my cycle has changed ?
